Some Management skills just shouldn't be complicated. Gerri King recognizes that and has written a book highlighting a few of those tired and useless mindsets that do little more than waste energy and breakdown the integrity of an organization. King's book is brief, to be read in an afternoon, and provides examples for several of the most disruptive "myths" that happen in our workplaces.

Like any good teacher, King offers a simpler way of looking at a situation in order to make better sense of it
