Really helpful and informative.
This book (in our library) is such a great resource for just starting out on this gluten free diet. I loved the tips for how to find gluten products listed on food labels. Also how to adjust cooking and a list of gluten-free safe places to eat. I also like they have a long list of safe ingredients and a long list of unsafe ones. They made lots of suggestions on what gluten-free products they like best which was incedibly helpful the first time I went to the store. Yeah for rice pasta!
Now I think there is more to my dislike of bread and all its' variations. I am trying some of the suggestions given in this book.
Gotta read it - good information.
