At first I thought this was going to be a light fluffy read. It was "fluffy" but there are parts that I would not call light. Overall this was a short, good read. I had a few niggles but it was a solid read that I ended up really enjoying.

An interesting and funny spin on The Jungle Book. Kept me intrigued, though I found it disappointing and hard to believe Kai could be so hapless and naive about his surroundings. For a young man raised in the wilderness, his survival skills are nonexistent.
