Would recommend you purchase this book, not borrow. It's great if you have a situation arise and you aren't sure how to handle it.

This was a fun, interesting read that is likely to help many people. The answers were a little too pat and one-size-fits-all, but I guess that's inevitable for a book of this scope. Most people grappling with an issue (or several) will come away from this with a clearer sense of how to address their situations.

Interesting and handy, but more a list of definitions than anything else. A good first go-to resource, but only supplemental, nothing more.

It's a keeper to pick up and put down as required

It's about recognizing automatic responses and dealing with them, something I'm already pretty good at. I was hoping to pick up a gem or two, but skimmed it and didn't find anything.

Great to keep around as reference as well as not a bad read for fun. Watch out you may find yourself or best friends accurately described within the covers--
