Gary Bogue writes newspaper articles about the local wildlife in the Bay Area, and I started looking for his books after I had read a few of his columns. Since the Opossum is one of the most misunderstood animals, it was nice to see that Bogue had devoted an entire book for children and their families to learn more about America's native marsupial.

This is a Cute story about a baby opossum getting lost and coming across a human backyard. and there are also nice pictures. I like this book a lot, and am lucky enough to have an autographed copy. Great book.
