I found this interesting reading, having family from the islands, and being interested myself in the history and stories from there, this book gave me more details and insight into these stories.

One issue I did have was that most of the stories are from Jersey, which makes sense since the author is from there and it is the larger of the group of Channel Islands. Would have liked to have read more stories from Guernsey or Alderney.
