Apparently we do not handle the onus of mercy is so well. Lesser gifts with the clearer impacts are preferred. People are deluded about everything they are given, especially when someone comes to our invaded spaces to take it all back and to continue an argument with us. One had expected neutral closeness and some gradual reasonable absolutions of the personal relationship.

The Christians are something of a mystery to me. Bultmann is a fine scholar of these things. He wrote a commentary on the G

Rudolf Karl Bultmann (August 20, 1884, Wiefelstede – July 30, 1976, Marburg) was a German theologian of Lutheran background, who was for three decades professor of New Testament studies at the University of Marburg. He defined an almost complete split between history and faith, called demythology, writing that only the bare fact of Christ crucified was necessary for Christian faith
