This book is very interesting in terms of thinking about the nature of theatre and what constitutes theatre. It discussions new locations and ways of showing theater particularly promenade theatre and the use of other media within shows. It has thoughts about what things like film do to alter the reading of a performance and discusses the audience's place within theatre and wht they can give to a performance.
