I first came about "Once a Customer, Always a Customer" a couple of years ago and after reading it for the first time I remember thinking "wow, "this is the "Bible" for anyone working in customer service".

Several years on, and after re-reading it with some more working experience under my belt, I am still in love with how unequivocally concepts such as the different types of loyalty, the "SERVQUAL" model, the causes of customer dissatisfcation, and the basic principles behind customer recovery
