It is a decent guide to native Missouri plants that can be used for coffees and teas, but beyond that I wasn't very impressed. The brewing directions are practically the same, copy and paste. If you want to learn how to spot good plants to forage, it's not bad. If you want to really how to make teas, you'll be disappointed.
