Recommends it for: yoga fans, memoir fans
Shelves: yoga-memoir
I've wanted to read this ever since it was published. I finally bought the Kindle version and read it in a week, reading a little bit every weekday and reading a lot last weekend. It's the kind of book that kept me up past my bedtime because I enjoyed reading it so much.

This is a thoroughly enjoyable yoga memoir. It flows well, it's engaging, it's funny, and I relate to so much of what the author wrote.

I hope the author writes more books and with the same sincerity, warmth and humor that permeat

Read from Kindle, Bookbub book. I thought it would be interesting because of the yoga aspect, but it got quite a bit bogged down in her never ending whining about her corporate job she hated, and then she realized even the world of yoga had mean girls and bad bosses. I enjoyed much of ut, but is wasn't the greatest. Fun, quick read! Loved the author's honesty and memoir- style of writing. Currently on my own journey with Yoga, I appreciated all the anecdotal stories and references to various challenges and triumphs in this yogi's practice. I highly recommend as a chick-lit read even for those not interested in yoga.

A fun, light read. An interesting journey of self discovery and growth. It's always inspiring to read about women who make the brave decision to follow their hearts and prove naysayers wrong. Bravo, Sara!

Excellent book! I really felt connected to the main characters as if I was on the journey with them. I highly recommend for yoga novices and yogis alike. Namaste.
