A well presented book. Love the layout and divisions in the book, easy to follow instructions come with self explanatory pictures. Having had some experience with personal training before, I picked up the book and was enthused to follow the recommended training program straight away.

This book wasn't as good as the other one I just reviewed, in my opinion. The exercises are fine I'm sure, I just appreciated the simpler layout and plans of the other one.

Great book for someone completely new to the concept. Perfect for my mom and the separation into beginner, intermediate and advanced techniques was nicely done.

Good Posture, Core Conditioning, and examples of excercises given to me by my physical therapist. Excercises I can do at home with my big ball and at the Rec Center.
