Great book for someone completely new to the concept. Perfect for my mom and the separation into beginner, intermediate and advanced techniques was nicely done.
This book really helped me to get my upper body in gear.
This book wasn't as good as the other one I just reviewed, in my opinion. The exercises are fine I'm sure, I just appreciated the simpler layout and plans of the other one.
Great! SImple exercises with great pictures an the workouts are well-organized. I started using them right away.
Hahha... yah I read about exercise... now I just need to actually exercise.
