Has a 4-12 yo children's story about constipation, leaks and toileting. For adults, there is a very concise description of the bladder, bowel and pelvic muscle system, followed by some intriguing physical therapy exercises. Most are easy for 4+ yo kids, some creativity will be required to figure out how to do those exercises with younger kids. Both the strength and weakness of this book is its brevity.
