Frankly, as compared to PCOS: What nurses know, this one is a bit lacking. The medical explanations are very brief and somewhat shallow and whole mood is somewhat gloomy - as if PCOS is a fatal disease that will always throw a big shadow over your life.
Having said that though, I think the diet+recipe part is really good and is a must read (albeit some contradiction - e.g. on one page the book says to avoid all kinds of grains and stick to meat, eggs, veggies and fruits and on the next page it te
