A very short to the point list of foods to eat as part of the 3 day military diet regime that allows for swift weight loss to meet weight restrictions in the armed forces.
I haven't tried it it, and was hoping for more theory and explanation as this info could be found on the internet very easily. It was a Facebook post that even got me thinking of this diet, and I didn't get any extra info. I may amend the rating depending on results should I do this diet.
