Have to give this book another read. Found it by chance while hunting down other Dutch typography books. Just read a quick review on Nijhof & Lee which makes me think I should give this more time.
I haven't started reading this yet. But for a book about reading, it's not exactly conducive to reading... The stiff coated stock, the average quality inkjet print and the uncomfortably large type-size are put-offs to me actually starting it...
