One of the great journals in the country. Publishes short stories and has two entries in the most current BASS.

i admit i like some of the stories more than others, some i would range a 3 to even 4.5, so i am averaging out to a 4. the first and last stories are, oddly i think, the weakest (and the shortest). the meat of the book therefore is quite good.
