This book gives insight into what it really takes to play pro football. It includes statistics detailing how difficult it is for someone to actually break into the ranks of the professional players. It also gives a realistic accounting of the hard work, dedication, nutrition, aches, pains, bruises and the like that are constant factors in the lives of these players.
