Seems to have good ideas for meals that will appeal to a variety of ages. Nothing "odd" in the ingredients (assuming you're used to almond flour, etc).

Grain free greatness!

Being new to the grain free world, this book is a lifeline to living a new normal. An excellent source of basic information, resources and recipes to start or continue a healthy grain free lifestyle.

There were only a few recipes in this cookbook that I didn't immediately want to try. The "Basics" chapter at the end is so helpful for someone like me who is just starting down this road and wants to begin making staples like ranch dressing from scratch. Enjoyed "reading" this cookbook immensely.
