As the Book title defines " Lal Bahadur Shastri - Lessons in Leadership ". How he dealt with situations as a family man especially with his son !!

One thing I have learned from this book. It's better to keep our " adversary under our limbs " rather than kept far away. He shows his simplicity when it comes to attire. The way he deliver his speech as a minister of commerce in Calcutta shows his integrity. In Dealing Uttar pradesh political crisis shows his style of leadership !!

I like his composure

The book contains anecdotes from the life of Sh Lal Badahur Shastri - India's 2nd Prime Minister. While the authors have picked up a variety of anecdotes covering Individual, Interpersonal and Societal aspect of leadership. The authors failed to define who the audience is. Some anecdotes seems to have been written for kids. while others appear to have been written for young adults. Once having defined the target audience, the authors would have done justice to the leadership interpretation or ...more
