This book is a minor scary book with a splash of action. It is a ver very detail book about witches and warlocks. For those who enjoy these types of things this would be a good book.

Before reading book:

I have to say I kinda feel foolish buying a Disney book at the age of 20. I started watching the Halloweentown movies every year sometime in my early teenage years probably, give or take a few years maybe, and still to this day I find myself watching the movies again when Halloween comes, even if it is just to have it as background noise when I am doing something else. I just saw this book today at a used bookstore for $3.50, and thought I would give it a try.

This book was so fun. As cheesy as they are, I love the Halloweentown movies, and this was just a super cute addition to them.
It's good It's about a witch named Marnie.

It looks like this should be one of a series that was ongoing but I don't know if they did away with that after this book but I haven't been able to find any more info on it. A...more
