Self-help book from 1961--interesting to notice how relevant and similar it seems to the sort of thing you find today, except the older book uses less new-age language. It seems like the sort of book a character on Mad Men might have read.

A good, but not too deep work on mental aspects such as Memory, Concentration, Influence, Logic, Worry and Observation.
Easy read, sometimes lacks depth in the techniques.
