A very funny story about someone getting married in Ireland. These characters definitely have a 90s mentality and a boys night out attitude.

In this book, first published in the pages of Crisis, Garth Ennis brings in more clearly his ability to write really hilarious stuff. Not as serious as Troubles Souls, although set in the same part of the world, but more like a comedy with a dark undercurrent.
This more like Ennis I like.

Ennis began his comic-writing career in 1989 with the series Troubled Souls. Appearing in the short-lived but critically-acclaimed British anthology Crisis and illustrated by McCrea, it told the story of a young, apolitical Protestant man caught up by fate in the violence of the Irish 'Troubles'.
