Let me first start by saying Carpe Diem was one of the best books I have read. . I was hooked from the very beginning. Curling up at night with a good book after a long day is the way to end my night.. At times I'd find myself not wanting to put this book down. This book seems to have been written in the bear creek area, it caught my attention due to me being raised right behind the red barn. Mrs . Stewart, has a very nice talent writting books. I am a very fathful Nicholas Sparks fan, theres ...more

The fourth chapter starts tying everything together and really shows another side to Thomas. SPOILER ALERT - Thomas's childhood is revealed! To put this simply, this is a great read and I would love to see it as a lifetime movie! However, THIS IS NOT ...more

Carpe Diem is a sure page turner. Finding out what will take place between that rude slime ball Thomas and the polite Julia that will keep you reading. There is something to be said about a southern girl and northern guy that just makes the sparks fly, good and bad. Happy reading!
