there is an amazing microwave chocolate cake recipe in here, but some of the other recipes I tried were not really worth the effort. Not all vegetables benefit by being turned into bread, but it can be done if you're of a mind. I'll keep trying the recipes because there are some interesting combinations in here.
Very interesting recipes. I'm going to try the Tomato Sauce bread--made with (you guessed it) a can of tomato sauce, Great Northern Beans, flaxseed meal and a few other ingredients. Should be interesting. Also curious about the Acorn Squash Bread, which I may tru using butternut.
