Amazing...

I love this book for the following reasons; it was extremely informative and well written, and had tons of simple food and beauty recipes which sound amazing. I thought I knew it everything there was to know about herbs but wow was I wrong!!!! I'm totally fascinated with herbal medicine and this book was so enjoyable.
