The Accidental Romeo is by Carol Marinelli.
Dr. Harry Worthington is trying to balance being a single father of twins, being a hand surgeon, and being an ER consultant in Bayside Hospital. I couldn't quite get to grips with this story. There were a lot of info-dumps e.g. six pages of Marnie putting out photos and thinking about the subjects and a fair amount of unnecessary navel-gazing. She lives in the outer suburbs of Melbourne—pretty much in her car, driving her three children to their various commitments.

Carol writes for the Harlequin Presents and Medical lines and she also writes conte
