4 Stars ~ When Alethea's dinner date leaves her abruptly in the middle of their meal, in anger because she refuses to become his lover, she's worried how she'll take care of the bill. If you are a Betty Neels fan, then I would recommend this book to you, even though I would only give it 3 stars.

Alethea is left stranded one night at an expensive restaurant by her boyfriend when she refuses to go away for the weekend. Seems she got all "dolled up" for a wonderful evening anticipating that boyfriend was going to propose. He proposed, just not the right question.
