From Bed to Bed contains poems from the ancient world's most famous collection of love poetry. Written for his sophisticated circle of friends, Catullus' bawdy and direct lyrics can sometimes shock. His most memorable poetry, as passionate and sensuous as it is subtle, focuses on his love for Lesbia and his changing attitudes towards her.

Shocking how human this poetry sounds. I thought they were all made out of marble back then. Lesbia you bitch!

Gaius Valerius Catullus (ca. 84 BC – ca. 54 BC) was a Roman poet of the 1st century BC. His surviving works are still read widely, and continue to influence poetry and other forms of art. Catullus invented the "angry love poem."
