It has lots of things I like i.e. military SF, novel characters and situations. I feel it is let down by the writing style. Something happens then the explanation stops. The event may be revisited later but by then you have lost the flow. Its like someone snatching a sandwich out of your mouth. I think the author is using the 'fog of war' concept on the reader but I'm going hungry.

Having said all that the story shows promise so I will continue with the next volume.

I am surprised that I have read this trilogy in less than a week.

in less than a week I cannot wait to read the continuation and intend to buy the next trilogy as soon as I can. This has been a fantastic adrenaline ride for the past week.

This was a very entertaining book to read. There was plenty of action, drama, and close to the end political duplicity. There was to me though, a little bit to much of background information, but overall a very very good book.
