I have a rather extensive library on: 'self help, meditation, inner healing, metaphysics' and and so forth. I found Gary Stewart's book easy to read and very well written. For those thinking about starting out on a journey of 'Self' and/or are just a bit curious on how to go about it all, should give this small book a read. In short, I would recommend this book to anyone who believes they can improve their life through introspection. After all, as Plato stated, and Mr. Stewart illustrates, “An unexamined life is not worth living.”
