This is an excellent introduction (with great resources listed for further study) to the Quality Planning process. Don't think for a minute that this applies only to people with the word "quality" in their job title.

If you want to know how to run a successful manufacturing business (much of this can also be applied to services), this is a must read to get you pointed in the right direction.
