Harrison Brooks possesses all the qualities most women admire. He’s a gentleman first, has made his own wealth and could charm the pants off of most girls with his model-quality good looks. He’s played hard with the big leagues and enjoyed the likes of many women willing to be his evening’s conquest, hoping to capture the heart of the rich playboy.

When Harrison meets Monic

Harrison is the twin that happiness seems to elude. His heart beats for Monica, and memories hold him hostage. But rather than wallow in sorrow he is determined to improve the lives of people no matter where it takes him in life.

We see a softer side of Harrison in this book. He is not consumed by business and has such a giving heart; and a romantic one too. Once he decides to do anything to keep Monica in his life and make her his bride there is nothing he won’t do. The proposal just about made

When I signed up to do this review for Stories & Swag I didn't realize I would need to read 2 other books before this one.. I normally dread trilogies in fear that by the time I reach the third book, I'd be over it.. It's refreshing to say that wasnt the case with The Running Series =)

I could actually feel the emotions and personalities of Monica and Harrison.. Its superbly written and before you know it, Bam you have finished the book. To hold my attention all the way through says

From the very beginning of this book I thought man, Harrison is a very complicated guy. I had no clue which way was up. Is he going to be with Kaci or does Monica come back into his life? Then I thought, wow Harrison is a real knight in shining armour. I ended up really enjoying how the story was told and how it all played out. And I really loved the relationship that Harrison and Grayson ended up having. It really was a very touching story of how love definitely conquers the obstacles that life ...more

This book has to be my favorite book of all 3. Harrison Brooks an Monica Green are so amazing. They speak to your heart weather it was good or bad. This more then just a love story. It is a story of two people finding themselves. With each other an with out each other. Have your box of kleenex handy, your going to need them. I love a book that keeps me thinking about it when I have to put it down. Then can't wait to pick it up again. This one does that for me. It is worth the $$ to buy it. ...more

I think I have a new book boyfriend, Harrison. He is one of most giving, kind hearted person on earth. He will do anything for people, even strangers. Monica is the perfect fit for him, but she has a secret that she has kept from Harrison, get your kleenex out.
This was the last book in the trilogy, my favorite of all three. I liked how it was all tied up at the end. It is best if you read these books in order. Now a boxed set.
I received this book from the author for an honest review.

Life always seems to come to full circle.

My Confession is the last book in this wonderful trilogy The Running Series. In this story we finally get to know twin brother Harrison Brooks and the woman that has left him hollow inside, Monica Green. From the moment that I started reading this story I knew that this read was going to have me weeping. The moment of emotion that the characters convey is evident in Ms. Roberts writing. Her writing is wonderful, it’s descriptive and always gives so much

Harrison Brooks is a complicated individual. From the start of the book I was not sure where it was going, but knew I wanted to find out. Harrison is a twin that has lived through many disappointments and heartbreaks in his life. He has deep issues with trusting people, but in the same instance he has a heart of gold when it comes to helping young adults get a start in the right direction. The beginning of the book centers around Logan’s Bar and Kaci, the grand-daughter to Charlie (who is dying ...more

My Confession by DeLaine Roberts

Genre: Contemporary Romance

My Confession is book three in the Running Series by DeLaine Roberts. The story follows Harrison, the twin brother of Grayson from books one and two. When we first meet Harrison earlier in the series, I wasn’t sure what to expect. He was handsome and beyond rich. There was mystery involved because of the angst between Harrison and his brother, and the possibility of a womanizer. However, once the author began peeling away the layers over

4 stars. This is the third book in the running series though I did not read all of them I really wish I had. Where to start hmmm how about with Harrison. Top book boyfriends completely swoon worthy Harrison is gorgeous, loving, sweet and he just melts my heart. He has been hurt and has a hard time trusting anyone or building relationships. Harrison helps those who cant accomplish what they want to. He is just amazing in so many ways. Monica and Harrison together is just beautiful though they go ...more

This is the third book in the Running to You series. We first met Harrison in Two Sides of a Heartbeat. He was a millionaire playboy. He didn't believe in settling down like his brother had. Then he met Monica, and as the saying goes, the rest is history. Harrison turned from having one night stands to falling head over heels in love. It took a while but he soon realised he couldn't go on living without Monica in his life. He had to make her his, and he hers. This story is all about the softer ...more

I am not sure why it took me so long to read this book since its been out forever. I think it was nestled away in my kindle.

anyhow I loved Harrison's story. I thought it showed such a warm, loveable side to him. I loved Monica and thought she was a perfect match.
I am happy that everyone got their happy ending.
Excellent series.

I enjoyed the first book to this trilogy but not so much the second and third. While I loved the twin brothers Grayson and Harrison, Harrison story was not as well written. I just couldn't seem to get into the last two books.
