Michelle the Crazy Cat Lady
In which Nagate rescues a pain in the ass android who randomly gets naked; in fact, she's such a pain that even her creator's friends don't want the responsibility of caring for her once she returns to Sidonia. Not much else happens, really.

In which Tanikaze gets ANOTHER "girl" added to his harem that moves in with him.

*sighs*

Can we please move on to other things...

frustrated because I read Volumes 11-14 out of order. It had been a while since I'd read one and I assumed I'd read up to 13. I'll probably re-read the series next year so it makes more sense. I really enjoyed this volume as it introduces a really interesting character, Teruru Ichigaya, an android/artificial being. Sadly, Teruru, like most of the females on Sidonia is inexplicably attracted to Tanikaze--the unnecessary harem trope is a mark against you, Nihei-san.

Nothing more to say at this point that I haven't said in previous books about the series. The best part is seeing the coloured pages at the beginning of each volume. Definitely is better in colour. Mainly red, black and white. Stunning visuals when you get to see them. Probably the best advertisement for watching the anime.

There is the perfect planet for settlement but there are guanas lurking around. The hope is easily changed in to the despair. There is slight romance in background. Nagate Tanikaze has somebody to care for.
