Really nothing special here, but it was fun to set it in Vegas (even if not too much was used with the locale) and have David and Sherry Palmer in here with some fun foreshadowing. One kinda dumb thing, though, and it really outlines how actually pointless the "real time" of this book is and how supposedly it syncs up with real time, the first three quarters of the book was heavily loaded with long chapters making the last quarter have to burn through a bunch of chapters in a short amount of tim ...more

Typos (actual typos, not things that a spellcheck would miss) towards the end of the book. Wasn't all that exciting, and the plot was a little disjointed. The bad guys didn't have much motivation, and the ending wasn't very tidy.

Formatted almost exactly like the TV show, but I don't have to wait for 6 months (or 24 hours if a renter) to know the end. This book is a quick read and quite entertaining.
