I enjoyed that this was more than just a cookbook - it also tells the story of how TIBS was born.

While I haven't yet tried any of the recipes, they look simple enough. I'm usually put off by baking cookbooks because the recipes always seem to intricate and time consuming, but I don't think there's a single recipe in this book with more than 10 ingredients (ideal for a beginner baking like me.

I'm looking forward to getting into the kitchen and trying out some of these delicious looking recipes.
