Single mom Meg Remington and her teenage daughter begin a conversation.

Daughter says nervously: "Uh, Mom, maybe this would be a good time to tell you about Steve."

Meg says absently: "Who?"

Another cutesy romance. Siblings involved. Matchmaking abounds. Who really was in control of the situation. Happy ending. Just what I sometimes need.

This was a very simple and easy and quick read. Totally predictable. Just pleasant.

In Macomber’s romance novel, Lindsey Remington is determined to help her mother find love again. On a whim, she places a personal ad on behalf of her mother, Meg in a local paper. The ad is simple and to the point: Wanted: Perfect Partner. Seattle resident, Steve Conlan answers the ad. In Lindsey’s mind, he is perfect—now she just has to convince her mother to give him a chance.

A great story surrounding the relationship between mothers and daughters.

I really liked this story. It was about Meg's teenage daughter writing a personal ad looking for a husband for her divorced mother who was clueless about it. Steve's sister answered the add in response for her brother and they wound up going out. To thwart her daughter and his sister from thinking they were perfect for each other, they played unsavory characters in front of them.

Didn't realise these books were just glorified Mills and Boons when I bought. *head desk* Were 3 books in 1. I did finish them, that's a good sign! But I could write better plots. *sigh*

Very good! Enjoyed this light reading of a divorced woman who found love again with the help of her 15 year old daughter, Lindsey! Fun from start to finish!
Mom
Predictable, but some places it was just dumb. It was a quick read, but totally not worth it.
