This book is one of the hottest books I have read in a long time! There are some heavy BDSM play, but because of the chemistry and the characters themselves it didn't bother me. In fact, I loved it. Dillon and Dal are two people that are made for one another. Watching them grow from it being all about sex to an actual emotional relationship was so satisfying to say the least.

I originally picked up this book because it was on the fisting list. I'll confess... I have a bit of a fisting fetish. I like a book where this activity happens. So... If you are one of those kinds of people who enjoys fisting in literature I would say this book won't let you down. It's definitely worth reading.

Never read Sean Michael before, will read again. Secrets, Sin and Leather is a Sexy, kinky, down and dirty read. While the review may seem random, it is the sex content as it happens in the book just stripped down to a word or words. This is basically PWP, but it's mostly a fun read. I enjoyed the exuberance and sheer glee of the sex scenes, even if I did get a little bit tired of searchng for a plot after awhile. I don't find corsets on men attractive at all. I liked that they liked it. The kohl. The rouge. The toys. The attraction Dillon has for Dal when he spots him in little more than make-up and a tight corset sets the mood for this sorcher of a novel.

I kinda like shonen-ai storyline in mangas, because of the pure and almost platonic love between the guys. Even if there's a kind of physical relationship, it's merely just a hint. So I pick this novel to expand my horizon way beyond a mild story like Brokeback Mountain, and well, it's a mistake. Really big mistake.

It was too much sex for me (about 75%) and not enough character or plot. I was also annoyed and confused by the constant use of the pronoun "he" when referring to everyone, instead of another clarifier. When it's two males in the setting and I'm reading he did this, and he did that and he felt this, over and over, I grew tired of trying to figure out the who.

Secrets, Skin and Leather by Sean Michael is one of the best homoerotic books I’ve ever read. One thing Mr. Michael’s excels in is writing sex scenes. There hasn’t been a single Sean Michael book I’ve read where I didn’t have to get myself a cold drink or turn the air down to cool off. WHEW!

I thought the corset kink was well done. I liked that Scott was a bottom but not submissive. Dillan is what keeps this book from being 4 stars for me. I wanted more depth from him, and more back story. Plus, the mega-rich billionaire trope is boring to me. At least the author didn't go with a weird Cinderfella thing.

This is erotica, so if you're looking for a gay romance novel, you might be disappointed. There are romantic elements and a plot, though, and it's very sweet in places. When it's not being incredibly hot. I think there could've been a little more character development for my taste, but otherwise a good read for a kinky mood.
Had to take a short break from all the sex half way through, but on the whole really enjoyed this story of straight-laced Scott who turns into Dal when the suit comes off, and how Dillon bridges the gap between work and pleasure. Can't see the attraction of corsets and clinches myself, but SM managed to convince me that the characters certainly found them a turn on :).
So, the reason I picked up this book is because it was on the 'Cross-dressing' shelf for the Shelf-a-thon challenge. That was misleading - the guy likes to wear cinchers and corsets, but he's not really a cross-dresser. He's actually super careful about separating his professional and kink lifestyles.

Totally, totally hot. If this is what you are in the mood for...I love shaving and piercings and this had both, plus many of my other favorite kinks. Not for the faint of heart, fetish wise, but if you are in the mood, it's great. Thanks to Wave for the recommendation.
Despite not really being into the fetishes of the two heroes this book was still very enjoyable. I liked the characters and their attempts to hide their true natures from the business world.

I loved the book. I so want to puchase a corset for my husband. One of the characters in the book wears a leather corset. It sounds so sexy to me. The love affair between the two characters is just great. You have a little bit of what if we get caught feeling in the story. It never leaves you hanging too long. You kind of know all along that the characters will be together. They are just too good together not to end happily. I love all the Sean Michael book I have read. A GREAT AUTHOR.

Why so few stars when I enjoy Sean Michael and know what I'm getting when I read one? I just wanted to focus on the story more because it was so good. I wanted the who, what, how about these two guys. I did find their particular kink interesting.
