This story has a touch of supernatural, but I liked the way it was done. Eve Dearing is an author who has 'the Claverly charisma' - sort of like 'the sight'. Ash Denison, who spent years in the army, is a pragmatic man who believes only the practical and proveable. Sparks fly - verbal and otherwise - when these two match wits and lifestyles.

It was just ok for me and what did the title have to do with the book. The mystery took so much of the book that I never really connected with the h/h. I thought that Ash felt he was God's gift to women and Eve came off as cold and therefore they didn't work as a couple for me. Even the romantic bits weren't that good for me. I wanted to like it.
