An excellent insight into the philosophy of a inspirational leader

Starting as a leader and coach in football, having a personal leadership style that I now know is close to that of Chip Kelly, this kindle book was a fantastic read.

If you are a leader of any kind, and do put your team performance first, and personal ego last, this is one philosophy to read up on.

Basing my future leadership style even more on what is in this book, I'll be better prepared and have a solid foundation to coach from.

Not great football wise or business wise, which it tries poorly to sell itself on.
