This is an essential book in our modern era of digital distraction, and the book highlights an issue often ignored. The authors present the information in a memorable manner that rings all too true for most professionals. The lessons and principles identified will not only allow an enriched family life, but also a more productive and effective workplace.

Rust and Kramer have created a believable and engaging story about a flawed, but decent man who learns invaluable lessons about what matters most both in the workplace and at home. The principles outlined in this book will make anyone consider carefully about the ways they use digital technology in their life. Following these principles can result in greater productivity, more rewarding relationships, and frankly, a better, more controlled use of technology.
