OK, Originally I had said this book was off to a slow start, which it was, but I think it was intentional. The first part seems meant to show the hum-drum existence Charlie and Gil live in. It also seems meant to make you wonder what kind of world are they living in? Some future world? A parallel world? But some answers start coming. And with more answers come more questions. This story is told great. I felt like it painted good pictures of Lab #1 and Lab #2 and life there. Learning things existed outside the labs was a lot of fun to read. Area 51 is always a great place for an adventure. I enjoyed the characters. Looking forward to the next book.

Of course, I liked it! It's my book!
By the way, we did not write ONLY ONE HENRIETTA. Somehow, there is another mother/daughter team with the same names.
