I know the author personally, so that made me want to read this book. Plus, I have a brother who is serving overseas and that added to the curiosity in my wanting to read this book.

It was a great read and I found myself losing track of time when I was reading it. I can't wait to read Cheryl's other books.

another book that i THOUGHT would be a quick, easy and lite read, but ...

was rather heavy at times. great mix, tho, of that along w/ great comic relief. i kept going from sobbing to laughing hysterically thru-out the story!

was based on what seemed like real down-to-earth people, tho, w/ definitely real problems, and ... altho there's a "happily ever after" ending, it took a lot to get there, so you also know it was more "real", and not some fairy tale th More...

Sweet story but very predictable and a little boring. It was sweet how both of the main characters care for Bradley.

Really good. From the perspective of a teacher trying to adopt a boy with cancer and a paratrooper.

I think it is really wonderful book I enjoyed read it. This young boy show that he is not giving up . It shows hope, love and encourage one another. I recommend for military family should read it especially for Christian readers.

I have to admit, I did tear up in a couple of spots. The soldier needed something to hold on to. He does take his career very seriously. It is fun to see the transition in the soldier for better.

A little to realistic for me. It was not a book I could just sit and relax with. It was a good story but not the quick fun romances I am used to from Love Inspired.
