This book is available as a free audio download on iTunes.
When I got my first iPod, I was sort of surfing around iTunes trying to figure out just what was available to me. I was subscribing to podcasts, checking out music, and then I stumbled upon a page that was full of free content.
When I read the blurb for Forever Fifteen, I thought it sounded interesting. That turned out to be a huge understatement.
As I recall, Kimberly Steele did not have a publisher yet, More...

After seeing someone on the Nest say they were reading this book, I discovered that this book is a free podcast on Itunes! So I downloaded it and I'm now listening to it on my nightly walk with the dog!
I really tried to like this book but I just didn't like it. My first problem is the narrating. Now this is a podiobook so I tried not to compare the narration too much to a normal audiobook but I couldn't help it! The narration was just not good in my opinion. The narrators voices More...

I read (if you can call it that) Forever Fifteen as an audiobook over a year ago. I couldn't stop listening to it since! Whenever I want to hear about a wonderfully mature, yet confused girl (well, actually, vampire) I just turn to Lucy and work with her through her life.
There are a few scenes were I think it could have been written better. And a few characters are definitely lacking depth, but its all acceptable, seeing as how this wasn't supposed to be a novel of epic proportions More...

I am "reading" the podiobook on my way to and from school (an hour drive each way). I just finished it today and I have to say I was pleasently surprised at the ending. I really enjoyed the book. I felt that there was some gratuitous sex scenes. However, I felt really invested in Lucy (Lucia) and even thoughshe was the "bad" girl (but not really) I still felt for her plight.

I downloaded this as a free audiobook in Itunes. I loved this book. Vampire, Horror, Gore and Romance, it was just brilliant. I never picked the ending! I always usually pick the ending of books, they are usually so predictable, this one however was not. Just fantastic.

An adult romance horror novel of a fifteen year old vampire named Lucy that has existed for hundred of years. We follow her through highschool and her memories of life earlier and the complication that follow being hundred of years old in a teenagers body, being a blood-sucking vampire, and general high-school problems that only get worse. A good read, not for children. The sex scenes are gratuitous, Lucy's character deep and interesting, her past even more so, her highschool life isn't atypi

I really enjoyed listening to the book. I loved Lucy's comments throughout the story, Steele captured the personality of the vampire perfectly. Steele has created a wonderful set of charectors, and I look forward to reading (or listening) to more of her books.
Lucy felt very real in her actions which is not something that normally happens in most novels these days. To find a realistic (and non jazzed up) version of the past was very refreshing. I liked that Steele did not shy away fr More...

Loved the book. Very dark. Very very dark, and that's in a good way. I love this novel.

Forever Fifteen is the story of a vampire named Lucy who is living with a foster family. She meets a boy that for the first time in a very long time that she thinks she loves. Lucy is willing to pursue a relationship with him even though she doesn't know if she will be able to keep her relationship with him. Lucy has to deal with bullying and problems with people in her school while trying to hide her true self.
I think the message of this story is that the ones you love will be the More...

Forever Fifteen is the novel with which I attribute my new found joy of reading. It is also the only novel I have so far read which I have wanted to read a second time.
The book is about a 600+ year old vampire called Lucy (Lucia to be precise) who was abducted and turned during the 14th century, at the age of 15. Forever frozen with the face & body of a fifteen year old, Forever Fifteen. The book is primarily set during the 1980's, but has frequent flash backs into Lucy's past as a h More...

Nothing special about this book. I got it as a free download through iTunes and, tbh, only listened to it because I was abroad and had run out of anything else to read! The plot was patchy and the reader had a very annoying voice (sorry whoever you are!). It's clearly aimed at 15 year olds and is trying to capitalise on the Twilight market - it failed!

Don't have this in physical form but in podcast (sorry but there wasn't an option), fell in love with this from the first episode, each one was not too long but well written and read. Loved the way the two story lines weaved, the tale from the past and present and then how she finally finds her love but has to wait, tugs the heart strings but in a nice way.

I have not actually read this book, I listened to the 'podiocast' off of itunes. It seemed to me that there was parts missing, I dont know whether or not other people have found that. It was ok though and kept me interested throughout.

2.5 stars
I downloaded this for free on iTunes.
The narrator was horrible. All the characters voices were annoying, she emphasized weird words and put awkward pauses everywhere.
As for the book, the writing wasn’t that great and I found most characters to be whiny and annoying.

"Forever Fifteen" is a great dark romance that isn't afraid to get gritty. Highly recommended for anyone that likes vampires - though not of the Twilight breed.

I truly enjoyed the trip through time and the way with words that Kimberly Steele has in this book. I have already recommended it to several of my friends.. :)

Truly enjoyed this story. I loved the flashbacks to Italy and learning about Lucy's history. I can't wait for more!

I originally thought this was a young adult novel.. Not so! I thoroughly enjoyed it.

What an interesting experience reading/listening to this book. It was about a girl vampire who became one during th e black death in the 1400's. It has, as most vampire books do, its own version of what a vampire does, is ruled by, and can be killed - which by the way I love (the ability to make rules of living etc). Another odd thing is that this book is only available for free via podcast, or over the internet from its website. Why on earth write the book if you can't sell it? Also, the book h

A vastly superior take on High School vampires than "Twilight." Part of what makes vampires cool is their history, their long lives and this book takes full advantage of that along with mixing it with the dramas of modern-day adolescence.
You are locked into the main character, feel what she feels (both past and present) and it all works.
Want a sequel!

I really like this book! It actually inspired me to read more Vampire novels, and gave me some ideas for my own stories that I am trying to write. All the characters were believable, and I really felt for the main character. It was an easy read [actually I listened to it on audio-tape] but I couldnt put it down [turn it off].

This is my first audio book and so far I like reading better. Some chapters are boring me and sometimes I'm not liking how she reads.

I was drawn into the story, but the end perplexes me. In this age of extreme pedophilia-phobia, hearing a 37 year-old in love with a 15 year-old is so bizzare, even though I know she's far older than that.
