The novels were excellent, but only 4 stars to the omnibus for the terrible copyediting job, especially in the second novel where frequently (among other persistent errors) a "t" would appear for an apostrophe. Reading things like "Itm not sure about the killerts motives" gets tiring after a while. I've seen ebooks have this problem, but never a printed book.
A good solid mystery trilogy. Like the characters, some funny punning, solid mystery, emotionally interesting.
Handy way to be introduced to the series, and have a good long story line in one place.
