This book is ok... just ok...

It lacks structure and really actionable items that could be easy to remember. I was expecting more tools for sure and definitely more structure. There is a lot of rambling. Probably the 3 categories of trust within a company was the most insightful piece.

Good book for managers and senior managers.
I would not say that this books reveals hidden knowledge in area of trust. But it is very good source of information regarding trust topic from different point of views, perspectives, scopes, etc.

Highly recommended if you feel you or your organization have any problems with trust.
This book will not help anyone how is not concerned about trust from other people.
