This book feeds my ambition for children's books. : ) My all time favorite picture book. It's funny, well written, plenty of visual interest, and such a fun story! My neice and I fight over who gets to take it home because she likes to borrow it. (She is only four...) Has a good moral of acceptance, lots of fun alliteration, and very poetic, fun descriptions. Have I mentioned that I love this book?
I enjoyed this book and a lot of it had to do with the illustartions because it describes exactly what is happening. It also teaches a good lesson to always help those in need no matter how much you do not like them.
