I've only read the introduction and the first Chapter but I love the early church history (not the normal stuff but in depth stuff about the church outside of Rome). The author really is on target with his idea that the principles he is sharing are "threads" that cannot stand alone but are important to our lives as followers of Christ and as believers who join together to be the "church".
