Ryan Mishap
Amazing pieces from an intelligent, compassionate writer/activist. I have no idea why this is not more well known as her empathy, detailed thought, and committment to social justice for everyone is awesome. She is an excellent writer as well, though I will admit I do not like the poems--but I rarely like any poems.

Check this book out whenever you find it.

Irena Klepfisz is a Lesbian author of Jewish descent, academic and activist.

She was born in the Warsaw Ghetto and was 2 years old during the Warsaw ghetto uprising. Her father, Michał Klepfisz, a member of the Jewish Labour Bund, was killed on the second day of the uprising.
