A lot of good detailed information regarding a) arguments against women in combat, b) legislation/policy regarding women in combat, as well as a survey conducted with ROTC cadets and linkages to women in the police force and women in peacekeeping. The biggest distraction was how choppy it felt. This may have been a dissertation originally? It felt more like separate journal articles than a cohesive book. But, that's a small quibble.
